The Clients strategy is to fit out an existing redundant laboratory to create space to provide additional analytical facilities required to support the science team. Works commenced on site in November 2007 and completed March 2008.

The project comprises the refurbishment of the existing laboratory (as pictured), installation of 5 new fume cupboards and new furniture together with the upgrade of the HVAC and the relocation of the purified water system. Thus ensuring that the user’s requirements were met achieving both the key programme dates and a saving on the project against the funding approved.

Directly appointed by Pfizer Ltd, The Woodley Coles LLP is working closely with the Pfizer Project Team providing Cost Management services for the overall project that includes management, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the budget alongside meeting stringent internal project control reporting requirements. We are also appointed as Purchaser’s representative on the Main Contract.
