The Clients strategy is to upgrade the Development Suite at Pfizer. The existing suite had been utilised for a multitude of activities by a wide range of groups. Following a restructure of the department the objective was  to undertake a number of Development activities including Roller Compaction.  Works commenced on site in January 2007 and completed in December 2007.

The introduction of two new Gerties Roller Compactors, 3 Blending Hoists and a Lifting Hoist, along with support functions such as weighing and charging of Vessels in 2 No walk-in fume cupboards.  The existing suite has been modified to accept the new equipment and the installations meet cGMP.

Directly appointed by Pfizer Ltd, The Woodley Coles LLP is working closely with the Pfizer Project Team providing Cost Management services for the overall project that includes management, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the budget alongside meeting stringent internal project control reporting requirements. We are also appointed as Purchaser’s representative on the Main Contract.
