The Woodley Coles LLP was commissioned to carry out Quantity Surveying and Contract Administrator Services for the refurbishment of existing computer laboratory facilities on behalf of City University. Works include strip out of existing ceilings, lighting and floor covering and the installation of new suspended ceilings, lighting luminaries, new carpets, installation of new air condition units, associated small power, extension of the existing fire detection and decorations.

Our services included full pre- and post contract service including initial budget estimates, preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders, post contract cost control including monthly valuations through to agreement of the final account.
