The Woodley Coles LLP was commissioned to carry out Quantity Surveying and Contract Administrator Services for the creation of a new Student Centre on behalf of City University. The new Student Centre consisted of an initial enabling contract followed by the construction of both open plan and cellular offices with counter system, rest room and student information and resources areas.

 

Our services included full pre- and post contract service including initial budget estimates, preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders, post contract cost control including monthly valuations through to agreement of the final account.

 

A significant amount of value engineering was necessary on this project to match the clients criteria to the funding available and a very proactive approach was taken on this project.
