This project involves alterations and refurbishment to Deal Library. Alterations on the ground floor include the formation of a disabled toilet, the formation of a meeting room, the installation of a passenger lift, the upgrading of mechanical and electrical systems, renewal of windows and external doors, alterations to the main entrance, renewal of floor, wall and ceiling finishes and redecoration generally.

 

Works to the first floor include refurbishment of staff toilet facilities and staff room, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, provision of a large meeting room and bride’s waiting room, renewal of windows and floor, wall and ceiling finishes and redecoration generally.

 

The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed to carry out CDM Co-ordinator services alongside the role of quantity surveyor.
