The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed by the funding body, National Westminster Bank plc, to undertake Independent Monitoring Surveyor Services on the new build construction of this 16 unit apartment development.  Located in the heart of Hertford town centre the development also boasts a stunning riverside position.  The structure is traditional construction comprising piled foundations, insulated concrete beam and block floors, load-bearing masonry walls and partitions, plain clay tile roof on timber trusses, aluminium doors and windows, together with floor, wall and ceiling finishes, decorations, mechanical and electrical installations, internal and underground drainage works.  The associated external works maximise the river as a feature of the development. 

Working closely with the Bank and the Developer interim draw downs of the loan facility are agreed and certified.  The site is visited at monthly intervals and the works to date valued with Interim Reports and certification of the loan drawdown issued to the Bank.
