Project: Proposed alteration and refurbishment of the existing Sports Hall/Pool Complex, together with the construction of new extensions providing Sports Hall Plant Room, Leisure Pools and Changing Facilities at ground floor level with a Fitness/Aerobics on the first floor, complete with all necessary mechanical and electrical installations and drainage. External works comprise soft landscaping, replacement pavings, external drainage, lighting, minor items of site furniture and relocation of an existing tennis court.

Project History: Although this project has been some years in the making, involving the provision of a number of budget estimates for alternative proposals, it is still actively under consideration, pending funding availability.
