The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed to provide quantity surveying services for the demolition of three existing health centres in the Medway district of Kent. These works formed part of a programme of enabling works for the Medway LIFT project to replace a number of Health Centres in the Medway Primary Care Trust district.

The cleared sites will be the plot for the new centres and demolition works were carefully coordinated to synchronise with the provision of temporary health facilities (a further Woodley Coles appointment) and the construction of the new facilities under the LIFT initiative.

The Woodley Coles LLP was appointed to provide full post-contract services including initial budget estimates, preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tender and pos-contract cost control through to agreement of the final account.
