The Woodley Coles LLP were commissioned to carry out Quantity Surveying Services on a new warehouse and office development on the behalf of Grapes Direct.

The brief included advising the client on potential changes in design, agreement of monthly payment applications, to audit and negotiate variation costs on behalf of the client between the developer and the contractor, issue instructions for change on behalf on the client, audit and verify the contractors final account, attend monthly site meetings and meetings with the client as required.

This was a fast track project with complex contractual arrangements and the Woodley Coles LLP were instrumental in ensuring that the client's cost and programme goals were met.
