The project comprised the construction of a new 2-storey Innovation Centre in Thanet to assist small start up businesses and thus help with local economic regeneration.

The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed to provide full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services including initial budget estimates, preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders and post-contract cost control through to agreement of the final account.

Strict budgetary constraints meant that an extensive value engineering process had to be carried out on this project. This was so successful that the client’s budget was met without any loss of area or functionality.
