The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed by Pfizer Ltd to carry out Quantity Surveying/Cost Management services for a programme of fit-out works. These works were undertaken post hand over and following occupation by the end users.

The brief was to initially prepare a Cost Plan for the project, set up and operate strict cost control procedures during the works capturing all costs and continually monitor against budget, attend meetings and manage all commercial aspects, procure relevant orders and authorise approval of all payments and agree Final Accounts. Reporting to Pfizer Senior Management was carried out on a weekly basis through management meetings and weekly reporting to reflect this fast track fit-out project.

A proactive role was established on all commercial aspects of the project to ensure delivery within tight budget constraints.
