In September 2004 The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed on a Framework Agreement to undertake Cost Management and Contract Administrator services on capital projects for Pfizer Global Research & Development at Sandwich. The role includes the normal CM & CA responsibilities including the undertaking of all procurement activities all in strict alignment with Pfizer systems and procedures.

Appointments cover projects in all areas of the research and development facilities including security upgrades, externals works and civils, laboratory refurbishments, mechanical and electrical upgrades and major mechanical and electrical works for increased capacity or as enabling works for new plant and equipment.

This Framework Agreement is a long-term commitment by both parties and is quality controlled via Key Performance Indicators.
