The project comprised the conversion and refurbishment of a temporary medical centre into a  student accommodation building at the NCYPE’s main campus in Lingfield, Surrey. 

The works comprise removal of redundant services, redecorations internally, data upgrade, new flooring, new built in furniture and the installation of new sanitary fittings and associates services. Externally, new fencing was supplied.

The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed to act as CDM Co-ordinator for this client managed project.
