The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed to undertake pre and post contract quantity surveying services for the renovation and conversion of this derelict barn into a single residential property complete with various outbuildings, swimming pool, external services and landscaping. The works include alterations and refurbishment of the main barn including construction of a basement and an adjoining single storey structure, external site works and landscaping.

Most of the original structure is to be retained with sympathetic restoration and alteration works utilising original materials and a high level of finishes and fixtures. The work is phased to allow an initial shell contract, followed by subsequent fit out and external works.
