The Clients strategy is to install an internal PA system side wide. Following a review of the security on site post 9/11. Works commenced on site in July 2006 and completed August 2007.

The project comprises the installation of a new internal site wide PA system, 1,500 loudspeakers covering 33 buildings. In addition to these a further 4 buildings modified and adapted to be compatible with a Complus Teltronic system installed recently. The objective is to move people safely within 45 minutes if an emergency occurred. The project also included external muster and help points.

Directly appointed by Pfizer Ltd, The Woodley Coles LLP is working closely with the Pfizer Project Team providing Cost Management services for the overall project that includes management, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the budget alongside meeting stringent internal project control reporting requirements. We are also appointed as Purchaser’s representative on the Main Contract.
