The Woodley Coles LLP were appointed by the funding body, National Westminster Bank plc, to undertake Independent Monitoring Surveyor Services on the conversion of a dis-used printing works into 13 apartment units.  Different from the normal service provision to the Bank this commission was a feasibility exercise for a client to potentially take over the completion of the development from another developer.  

Essentially the commission was to undertake a) Valuation of construction works, and associated fees and expenses, completed to date and b) Value of construction works, and associated fees and expenses, necessary to complete the works.
